When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, company, telephone number, enquiry and attachments. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
When you apply for a role by email, we receive your contact details, CV and other application information you choose to provide. Please avoid sending identity documents, health information or other sensitive information unless specifically requested for a necessary purpose.
Providing enquiry or application information is voluntary. Without the relevant contact details or information, we may be unable to respond or assess an application.
03
We use enquiry information to respond to questions, discuss our services and manage business correspondence. Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you, that is our legal basis. For other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and maintaining business relationships.
We use application information to assess suitability and communicate about recruitment. We rely on steps taken at your request before entering into an employment contract and, where appropriate, our legitimate interests in managing recruitment.
We may also process relevant information to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The legal basis is the applicable legal obligation or our legitimate interests in protecting our legal rights.
04
Operating the website can involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages and access times. Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data needed to deliver and secure the site. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website for this necessary processing.
We use cookies or similar storage to remember your privacy choices and support necessary website functions. Optional analytics cookies require your consent. You can accept, decline or customise optional cookies through the banner and change your choice through the website cookie settings control. Closing the banner does not mean that you have agreed to optional cookies.
05
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the public website and improve its content and navigation. Analytics may include page views, interactions, referring pages, approximate location and browser or device information. Analytics cookies are used according to your consent choice.
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the relevant tags and communicate consent choices. Our password-protected investor page is excluded from analytics and advertising tracking, including where you have consented elsewhere on the website.
06
We use Webflow for website hosting and website forms, Google Workspace for email and inbox storage, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for the analytics and tag configuration described above, and Digital Sparks for implementation and maintenance of the cookie consent setup.
Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for their work. Website or technical support providers may receive access where needed to operate or maintain these systems. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Our website enquiries and emailed applications are received in our Google Workspace inboxes. We do not operate a separate website newsletter sign-up or CRM workflow for these enquiries.
07
Some service providers and their subprocessors may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers require safeguards, we use the applicable provider arrangements and a recognised transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, together with additional measures where needed. You can contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information.
08
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. For enquiries, we consider whether the request has been resolved, whether related business discussions remain active, and whether the correspondence is needed for an ensuing business relationship or legal obligation.
For applications, we consider completion of the recruitment process and any period reasonably needed to address recruitment questions or legal claims. Keeping an application for future vacancies requires a separate, stated retention period and appropriate legal basis. If you are hired, relevant records become part of the employment records subject to separate retention requirements.
Technical and analytics information is retained according to the relevant system settings and operational needs. Cookie duration depends on the cookie and its purpose. Contact us for information about the retention applicable to your data.
09
Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, taking account of your particular situation.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Cookie choices can be changed using the website cookie settings control.
To exercise your rights, email contactus@radiusfintech.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if the law permits an extension because a request is complex or numerous, we will explain this within that first month.
You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or another competent supervisory authority. Information about complaints in Cyprus is available at https://www.gov.cy/dataprotection/en/information-for-the-public/lodge-a-complaint/. You do not have to contact us before exercising this right.
10
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, taking account of the information and processing involved. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Links to other websites or social media platforms lead to services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not describe how those services process your information.

We may update this policy when our website, processing activities or legal requirements change. The published policy will show its latest revision date. Please contact contactus@radiusfintech.com if you have questions.
